What should I bring?

Swimwear and towel.
Reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and a sun hat.
Reusable water bottle (free refills available onboard).
Comfortable footwear for the lookout walk.
Warm layer or jacket (especially during cooler winter months).
Smartphone or camera (preferably with a waterproof bag).
Personal snacks or seasickness medication if required.

What is NOT included?

Alcoholic & Soft Drinks: Espresso coffee, cold soft drinks, juice, beer, wine, and cocktails are available for purchase at the onboard bar (card or cash accepted).
Hotel Transfers: Accommodation pickup and drop-off are not provided.
Vehicle Parking: Paid parking is available at Coral Sea Marina (approx. $10–$15 per day). Please allow an extra 15 minutes to park and walk to Meeting Point D.

What else should I know before I go?

Flexible Itinerary: The daily schedule serves as a guideline and may adapt to tides, wind, and weather conditions for your safety and comfort.
Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions. It is your responsibility to declare any factors that might affect your ability to swim or snorkel.
South Whitehaven Lookout Walk: The trail measures roughly 900 metres each way (about 45 minutes return, including lookout time).
Traveling with Infants & Children:
- Children aged 3 months and older are welcome onboard. Infants (0–3 years) travel for free.
- Children (4–14 years) require a child ticket.
- Snorkeling is suitable for children aged 4 and above. Parents with infants can snorkel in separate sessions so one parent always remains with the infant on shore or on the vessel.
Luggage & Alcohol Rules: BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited due to licensing laws. Please do not bring large suitcases or bulky travel bags on board.
Connectivity: Onboard Wi-Fi is available throughout the day. Cellular phone reception is typically limited to the first and last hours of the journey.

Date Changes: Enjoy free date changes up to 48 hours before departure (subject to availability).
Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are strictly non-refundable.
