This 1-day tour of Moreton Island promises an unforgettable experience from the moment you set foot on the ferry.

Explore the Crystal Clear Waters

Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the pristine waters around the famous Tangalooma Shipwrecks. With a kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and snorkeling equipment at your disposal, explore the underwater world teeming with vibrant marine life. Keep an eye out for the gentle sea turtles, five different species of which call Moreton Island home. These majestic creatures often swim near the shipwrecks, offering a unique and memorable encounter.

Exciting Land Activities

If you prefer to stay dry, Moreton Island has plenty of land activities to keep you entertained. From beach sports to mini golf, basketball, and tennis, there’s something for everyone. Spend the day under the warm Australian sun, enjoying every moment of your 1-day tour of Moreton Island. Whether you’re hitting a few rounds of mini golf or challenging friends to a beach volleyball match, the fun never stops.

Meet the Fascinating Marine Life

Don’t let the mention of sharks deter you. The Wobbegong Sharks, native to these waters, are harmless bottom-dwellers that spend most of their time on the sea floor. Known for their unique appearance, the name “Wobbegong” comes from the Australian Aboriginal language, meaning “shaggy beard.” These gentle creatures add to the rich tapestry of marine life you’ll encounter during your snorkeling adventures.

A Day Filled with Wonder and Fun

Your day on Moreton Island is filled with endless opportunities for exploration and excitement. As the sun begins to set, check in at the ferry departure zone at 3:30pm.
